An apple falls & hits Rosencrantz on the head and he contemplates the Law of Gravity, like Newton; Guildenstern intimidates him, & the subject is changed.
Rosencrantz discovers physics: “Energy is neither created nor destroyed, only transferred”, “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction”; which is foiled by Guildenstern who says “leave things alone”.
Post-Modern play in the tradition of “Waiting for Godot” by Sam Beckett
