PRECALCULUS Using Cramer’s Rule in Solving an Augmented Matrix

Lesson on solving augmented matrices using the method of Cramer’s Rule. Cramer’s Rule starts when transforming the linear system into a matrix. Next is to find the determinant of the transformed matrix. And, find the determinants of the matrices when the columns have been substituted.

0:39 Use the Cramer’s Rule to solve for the linear system: 2x — 5y = 3 ; -4x + 3y = 8
4:15 Use the Cramer’s Rule to solve for the linear system: 4x — 2y = 10 ; 3x — 5y = 11
6:00 Cramer’s Rule for 3×3 matrix.
